Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Search For Suits Limited, we want you to shop with confidence. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- in the same condition that you received it;
- in its original packaging;
- with all tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These may include:
- gift cards;
- downloadable software products;
- personal care items;
- underwear, intimate wear, or sanitary goods;
- any item marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:
- any item not in its original condition;
- any item that is damaged, stained, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, clearance items, and final sale items are not refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at glen5691@hotmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
